About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Intern at VedXlence Innovations Pvt. Ltd., you will support the company's digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and engage target audiences across multiple online platforms.
This internship provides hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, Content Creation, Campaign Management, Analytics, and Brand Building.
What You'll Do
- 1Promote VedXlence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- 2Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns.
- 3Research target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities.
- 4Generate and nurture leads through social media marketing, SEO, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
- 5Create and optimize digital content, including posts, banners, videos, and promotional materials.
- 6Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports using analytics tools.
- 7Support webinars, online events, and audience engagement activities.
- 8Respond to comments, messages, and online inquiries professionally.
- 9Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and campaign execution.
- 10Contribute innovative ideas to improve customer acquisition and brand awareness.
Who We're Looking For
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Analytics, SEO tools, or similar marketing tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Compensation & Internship Structure
Unpaid Period (First 12 Working Days)
- •First 12 working days are unpaid — training period to understand the role, tools, and campaigns.
First 2 Months (OJI Period)
- •₹10,000/month Stipend.
- •Performance Incentives up to ₹8,000/month.
Remaining Internship Period
- •₹15,000/month Stipend.
- •Performance Incentives up to ₹10,000/month.
- •Maximum Earning Potential: Up to ₹25,000/month based on performance.
Post Internship (PPO)
- •High-performing interns may receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) with a salary package ranging from ₹4 LPA to ₹6 LPA.
